If your member company registers more than 2 employees (excluding spouses/significant others, Chair's rate, or complimentary exhibitors/sponsors), each additional person receives a 50% discount on their registration fee (not applicable to the optional items)
To receive the discount, use the group registration feature and the discount will automatically apply to all the registrations after the first two. If your team didn’t register via the group registration, we can still offer the discount. If you need assistance with group registration, please fill out this form and email a copy to info@EGSA.org.
Spouses & Significant Others Attend FREE!
For Fall 2026, EGSA invites all attendees to bring their spouses or significant others along at NO EXTRA COST. Registered better halves will enjoy complimentary access to all meal functions and networking receptions throughout the conference.
Individuals that are employees of companies in the power industry and/or members of EGSA are NOT ELIGIBLE to register as a Spouse/Significant Other. If you register at the wrong category, we will update your registration type and will be invoiced for the difference in registration fees.

To receive the discounted member rate, ensure your 2026 Membership Dues are paid and updated. If you are a current, fully-paid 2026 EGSA member and are still being charged the non-member rate, please contact us immediately.
Non-Member Registration
If you are a non-member, please use this link to create a new account. You will need to completely fill out the information BEFORE registering for the Fall Conference. If you would like to join EGSA as a member before you register, please contact EGSA.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds (excluding networking activities) will be granted until August 20, 2026 minus $125 admin fee. No refunds will be granted after August 20, 2026. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences. No refunds will be provided if you cancel a networking activity.
