Exhibit Booth Cancellation Policy – EGSA Fall 2025 Conference
The EGSA Fall 2025 Conference will take place October 5–7, 2025.
Cancellations for exhibit booths must be submitted in writing to EGSA. Refunds will be issued, minus a $250 administrative fee, for cancellations received on or before August 21, 2025 (45 days prior to the start of the event).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 21, 2025.
EGSA is not responsible for any costs incurred by exhibitors due to cancellation, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.
