Networking Activities
EGSA’s Fall 2025 Conference offers a mix of optional, paid networking activities as well as free events open to all attendees.

Optional Networking Activities (Separate Fee Required):
These activities are not included in your conference registration and require an additional charge. You must be registered as a full conference attendee or spouse/significant other to participate. Many activities have limited capacity—register early to secure your spot!-
Please note: No refunds will be granted for tours or networking activities, as deposits are pre-paid.

Free Events for All Attendees:
Certain receptions, sessions, and networking opportunities are complimentary with your conference badge and do not require advance registration. Be sure to check the agenda to take advantage of these open events.
Already Registered?
If you already registered yourself for Fall 2025, please use the following instructions to login and add a networking event to your registration.

Access the Platform: Log in to your MyEGSA account.

Navigate to Registration: Once logged in, look for and select the 'Register for an Event' option in the left-hand menu.

Select the Event: In the events list, find and choose 'Fall 2025 Conference'. Even though you're already registered, click on "Register".

View Registration Details: After selecting registration for yourself, you'll see a confirmation message letting you know you are already registered. Click on the 'Details' button to view your registration.

Add Extras: In the 'Order Details' section (top-right corner), there's an 'Add Guest/Session' button. This is where you can add guests and additional networking activities!

Finalize: Review your guest registration/additional activities and proceed to checkout.
