Call for Presentations: EGSA 2025 Fall Conference in Orlando

Deadline: June 4, 2025

EGSA is headed to Orlando, Florida, October 5–7, 2025, and we’re now accepting proposals for Educational Sessions and Engineering Symposium sessions taking place Monday and Tuesday, October 6–7.

We want to hear from industry experts, thought leaders, and practitioners with valuable insights to share—especially on this year’s focus: Disaster Resilience. A limited number of non-theme presentations will also be accepted.

Session Tracks

🔹 Educational Sessions These sessions are designed to deliver practical, engaging content on topics relevant to a wide range of EGSA members, including manufacturers, distributors, and service providers.

🔹 Engineering Symposium Sessions Engineer-focused presentations must qualify for CEUs or PDHs and be designed for a technical audience, including End Users, Facility Managers, and MEP Consulting Engineers.
