Frank Assaro

Fidelity Power Systems

Frank Assaro is the Service Sales Manager for Fidelity Power Systems, managing an expert sales team that is responsible for driving market penetration, profitable growth and expanding new business. Frank also oversees all sales and marketing initiatives as they pertain to service and solutions for power generation systems including related software, switchgear and accessories.

Frank has nearly 30 years of experience in the power generation industry. Prior to joining Fidelity, Frank served as the Director of Sales for Cummins, where he led all sales, marketing and management efforts for the organization’s light commercial, residential and mobile power generation sales teams throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Under his leadership, Frank’s team realized continued revenue growth for two straight decades earning numerous top producer awards from Cummins. In addition, Frank also served as a Regional Sales Manager for Generac in the Mid-Atlantic Region, where he led strategic initiatives and operational aspects of the power generation sales channel. Throughout his career, Frank has been recognized by his colleagues for exceptional sales results.

Carsten Baumann

Schneider Electric

In his role as a Solution Architect, he is helping clients with their energy security initiatives in the Commercial & Industrial and Data Center markets that allow to achieve greater resiliency, efficiencies and sustainability objectives and create economic benefits. Prior, he supported the Consulting and Engineering community by advising on resource-optimized energy management solutions in the data center market. He offers over three decades of experience in the data center, broadcast, telecommunications, AV and IT industry. His papers have been published in peer-reviewed journals and he frequently speaks on national and international venues.

Baumann, joined Schneider Electric in early 2012. He is a member of iMasons and past contributor to the Green G working group (Next G). Until 2018, he served as Treasurer and President on the board of AFCOM Southern California, was chairman for The Global Society for Asset Management (G-SAM). He’s a guest lecturer at USC, and completed a program at MIT in Smart Manufacturing. Baumann holds an electronic engineering degree from the Theodor-Litt-Schule in Giessen, Germany.

After joining the company in its early years, Lisa earned founder Chuck Uishchner's trust and took responsibility for day-to-day operations as he stepped back from the business. She continued to provide steady operational leadership throughout Jill Collaro’s tenure as President.

When Jill passed the torch, Lisa was the natural choice to lead the company forward. Her deep understanding of CD & Power’s customers, standards, people, and culture uniquely positions her to preserve its legacy while guiding its continued growth.

 

Under Lisa’s leadership, CD & Power remains committed to the mission on which it was founded: delivering remarkable service and dependable power solutions. Today, the company maintains a rental fleet of more than 150 units ranging from 10 kW to 1 MW, offers solar and hybrid power options, repairs industrial engines, and provides maintenance services for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.

Brittany (Fowler) Crowther 

Accurate OEM

Brittany Crowther serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Accurate OEM, where she leads the company's industrial catalyst systems and remanufactured OEM catalyst initiatives. She works closely with customers across the power generation, industrial, and automotive sectors to develop sustainable solutions that reduce costs, extend equipment life, and support emissions compliance through EPA-approved remanufacturing processes.

Before transitioning into executive leadership, Brittany built a successful career in education, teaching high school science for several years. Her passion for science, environmental stewardship, and translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions continues to shape her approach to business and customer partnerships today.

Brittany holds both a Master of Arts in Communication and a Master of Science in Leadership, combining strong technical understanding with expertise in strategic communication, organizational leadership, and relationship development. Jay Dietrich

Uptime Institute

Jay Dietrich is a Research Director of Energy and Sustainability working in the Uptime Intelligence unit. He monitors and tracks developments in energy generation and transmission, energy efficiency and sustainability standards, regulations, technology, and program offerings. He evaluates the intersection of these energy and sustainability elements with data center operations to advise data center operators on the elements of a consequential sustainability strategy that meets customer and regulatory requirements and delivers meaningful business and environment improvements. He has published an extensive list of Updates, Reports, and an ongoing series of BrightTalk webinars on energy and sustainability topics.

 

Mr. Dietrich has a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University. Mr. Dietrich was an IBM Distinguished Engineer and a Registered Professional Engineer in Vermont.

Jay Deshpande

Jayant Deshpande has over seventeen years of cumulative experience in the power generation, data centers, and industrial electrical equipment industry. An Electrical Engineer by education, before joining Rehlko as an Engineered Solutions Manager, Jayant worked with Cummins Northeast, LLC, in their Power Generation sales division. He has given numerous presentations to the design engineering community on various technical topics and written white papers on “Breaker-Free Generator Sets with Code-compliant Alternator Overcurrent Protection” and “Hydrogen Fundamentals for Electric Power Generation”. Jayant has received his MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) with a dual major in new product development & process innovation, and sales.

John Dorn

John Dorn currently serves as the President of Fidelity Power Systems. One of the largest distributors of Rehlko (formerly Kohler Energy) generators in the United States, John leads the Fidelity Power Systems team to continue growing the organization’s exclusive distributorship of Rehlko generators and power systems throughout Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and parts of West Virginia. Additionally, John oversees product education and specifications within the engineering community, equipment sales, factory-authorized service, and exclusive Rehlko parts and generator rentals.

 

A 25-year industry veteran, John comes to Fidelity Power Systems from Trane®, where he and his team were recognized for top district performances and achieved Customer Satisfaction Index continually above the company average in service and contracting. He was also part of the Trane® District Field Board of Advisors (FBA), a small, select group of district business leaders that represented the field (along with corporate leadership) on key company-wide initiatives and programs.

Charlie Hicks

Based out of the Fidelity Power Systems headquarters in Sparks, Maryland, Charles “Charlie” Hicks is responsible for all service operations as they pertain to the organization’s locations in Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. Charlie also works with the Rehlko (formerly Kohler Energy) Power factory to provide operational and service excellence.

Charlie has been with the Fidelity Power Systems family for over 30 years and his leadership has contributed to Fidelity’s longstanding reputation as being one of the country’s largest distributors of Rehlko generators. This includes being recognized by Rehlko with the Exceptional Business Development Award in 2015, as well as the Rehlko Industrial Distributor of the Year Award in 2016.

Mark Holt

Rolls Royce

Mark Holt is Rolls-Royce Solutions America Inc. (RRSA) Emissions Expert and Emissions Compliance Manager for stationary engine 60 Hz products. His responsibilities include ensuring product compliance with government air pollution regulations and providing guidance and support for regulatory and emissions testing requirements for engineering, sales, and direct Clients and Distributors.

 

Mark's previous work prior to joining RRSA includes experience in the power generation industry for power utilities overseeing power plant operation and maintenance, and emissions testing and monitoring for GE Power System, GE Environmental, and Babcock & Wilcox Inc. Mark has served as a member of the Minnesota Resource Recovery Association (MRRA) and the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), and has presented work related to emissions monitoring and plant efficiency improvement at the 2014 and 2016 MRRA conferences.  Mark holds a BSc. in Chemistry and a MSc. in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in power plant engineering. Over the years Mark has received 7 patents as lead or co-inventor in the field of emissions monitoring.

 

In his spare time Mark enjoys hiking, biking, sailing, cross-country skiing, traveling, the symphony, and supporting non-profit organizations.

Dan Molyneux

Dan has 25 years experience in leading projects, teams, and organizations in the technical service and repair industries. He has worked in power generation since 2018 and currently leads the sales and project management teams for Pacific Power Group’s power generation business segment. He has been involved in projects large and small in many diverse locations from California wine country north to the Canadian border. He has even helped to repower a US embassy in Asia. His power generation experience runs the gamut from providing a single 30kW genset up to providing 9MW of paralleled medium voltage generators and switchgear used to power a high tech industrial campus.

 

Prior to working in power generation, Dan led large scale and complex commercial ship repair projects ranging up to $11M in revenue. He also has experience leading international business units and companies ranging from $500k to $10M in annual revenue.

Mike Sanders, PE, PMP

The Blackfin Group

Michael W. Sanders, PE, PMP, is Regional Vice President of The Blackfin Group, where he leads the firm's Tulsa operations serving the power generation, energy, midstream, and refining markets. A licensed Professional Engineer in 21 states and a certified Project Management Professional, Michael brings more than 25 years of engineering, construction, and operational leadership experience, much of it centered on power performance augmentation, heat management, and thermal auxiliary systems for gas turbine and power generation equipment.

​Michael's work in power generation spans his entire career. At Braden Manufacturing, he designed evaporative coolers, chiller and steam coils, anti-icing systems, and inlet filtration for gas turbine installations worldwide, leading two complete evolutions of GE's evaporative cooling systems and delivering twenty-nine anti-icing systems across Europe. He went on to found SNT-Solutions, PLLC, a consultancy specializing in gas turbine power systems, providing design and consulting services on more than 160 gas turbine power and generation-augmentation systems, including Tucson Electric Power's chiller coil modification. He is the author of EPRI's Specification for Inlet Air Systems and Guideline for Inlet Air Systems.
